Fatores psicológicos associados à adaptação à mudança em situações angustiantes: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Hoje, vivemos imersos na presença de situações incomuns, como a COVID-19. Diante desta circunstância, os desafios devem ser enfrentados para garantir a adaptação e o bem-estar das pessoas. Por esta razão, o objetivo deste estudo é identificar, através de uma revisão sistemática, diferentes fatores psicológicos que influenciam a adaptação às mudanças para lidar com situações angustiantes. Desta forma, foi realizada uma busca por artigos científicos em diferentes bancos de dados, como Web of Science, Scopus e PsycINFO, onde foram obtidos 123 estudos de pesquisa e, após a aplicação dos critérios estabelecidos, 7 trabalhos foram deixados para revisão. Os resultados revelam que o sofrimento psicológico foi reduzido pelo apoio ao emprego e qualidade de vida, onde o enfrentamento foi aumentado pela auto-eficácia, apoio social e nível de sofrimento psicológico. Em conclusão, são sugeridos outros estudos de intervenção para verificar os resultados apresentados nesta pesquisa.
